(a) What is meant by ‘coping with emotions’?
Coping with emotions means understanding what we are feeling, why we are feeling that way, and learning how to handle those feelings in a healthy way without hurting ourselves or others.

(b) What are the harmful effects of anger?
Anger can make us say or do things we later regret, damage our relationships with friends and family, cloud our judgment, and cause stress and health problems for our own body and mind.

(c) Why must we know our flaws?
We must know our flaws because it is the first and most important step towards self-improvement; we cannot fix a problem if we don’t know it exists.

I would wait for a calm moment and then politely try to explain my point again. If they are still busy, I might write down what I wanted to say and give it to them later.

I would feel happy and respected. I would think carefully and give them my honest opinion, while also being ready to listen to their thoughts.

(c) Your friend got a big prize.


I would feel genuinely happy for my friend. I would congratulate them warmly and maybe even celebrate their success with them.

(d) Your classmates praise you.


I would feel good and appreciated. I would thank them with a smile and stay humble, without letting the praise make me arrogant.

(e) Rohan insulted you in class.


I would try to stay calm and not insult him back. I might talk to him privately later to ask why he said that and try to resolve the misunderstanding.
